LAS VEGAS — Kelsey Plum scored 28 factors together with six 3-pointers, Jackie Younger had 20 factors and 10 assists and the Las Vegas Aces rolled to their sixth straight victory, 98-77 over the Washington Mystics on Thursday night time.
Plum was 10 of 13 from the ground general and 6 of 9 from 3-point vary for the two-time defending champion Aces (12-6). Younger notched her second straight double-double and fourth of the season. A’ja Wilson, who leads the league with a 27.0 scoring common, completed with 18 factors and 9 rebounds.
Shatori Walker-Kimbrough led Washington (5-16) with 19 factors off the bench. Ariel Atkins had 18 factors and Emily Engstler contributed 10 factors and a team-high eight rebounds.
Alysha Clark sandwiched a basket and two free throws round a layup by Wilson as Las Vegas scored the ultimate six factors to take a 23-20 lead after one quarter.
Walker-Kimbrough hit two free throws to place the Mystics up 26-25 with 7:16 left within the second interval. Plum adopted with back-to-back 3-pointers and added a 3rd one in an 18-3 run to offer the Aces a 43-29 lead. They led 48-35 at halftime.
A layup by Younger pushed the Las Vegas result in 67-47 with 4:25 left within the third quarter. Plum buried two straight 3-pointers to up the benefit to 30 slightly below three minutes later.
The groups have been enjoying for the second time in three video games. The Aces beat the Mystics 88-77 on Saturday.
Washington, enjoying the second of 4 straight street video games, has gone 5-4 since dropping 12 in a row to start the season.
