Island Information has promoted Jackie Winkler to SVP, Head of A&R.
Based mostly in Los Angeles, she’s going to report on to Imran Majid and Justin Eshak, Co-CEOs of Island Information.
In her new function, Winkler will run the A&R division, spearheading signing and inventive growth for the label’s roster.
Winkler signed Sabrina Carpenter in 2020 and has collaborated carefully with the singer on her chart-topping new album, Quick n’ Candy, which hit No.1 in fifteen international locations, together with the US and UK.
The album boasts the Scorching 100 No.1 hits Espresso and Please Please Please.
Along with Carpenter, Winkler works carefully with Grammy-nominated artist Demi Lovato, Keshi, and Lauren Spencer Smith whom the label notes she “has guided to multiplatinum success”.
Winkler launched her profession at Warner Information, advancing from intern to A&R supervisor in 2011.
On this function, she found and signed Academy Award-nominated and Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award-winning Andra Day.
In 2015, she joined Island Information as A&R Director. In 2022, Island Information superior her to Vice President of A&R.
