The French Rugby Federation has decided that the tragic disappearance at sea of a under-18 worldwide was partly brought on by a poorly organised restoration session.
Medhi Narjissi, 17, was swept away within the waters off the coast of Cape City throughout France’s tour of South Africa in August.
“The choice to organise a restoration session within the water on Dias Seaside was taken with out contemplating the dangerousness of the location, specifically rip currents, waves and rocks,” the federation mentioned.

Narjissi is the son of former Morocco rugby captain Jalil Narjissi and was on the books of High 14 champions Toulouse.
There have been warning indicators on the seaside and the federation interviewed all the employees and a number of the gamers concerned.
“It is not an accident, it was induced,” Jalil Narjissi instructed reporters.

The federation mentioned it was exploring the potential of taking motion in opposition to the officers in control of the staff on the time.
