Italian dressmaker Roberto Cavalli has died on the age of 83, his firm stated in a submit on Instagram.
“The Roberto Cavalli firm shares condolences with Mr. Cavalli’s household,” Sergio Azzolari, chief govt of Roberto Cavalli, stated within the submit.
Cavalli died on Friday at his dwelling in Florence, the Italian information company ANSA stated.
The designer, who based his label within the early Seventies and was identified for his animal prints, had been in poor health for a while. He’s survived by his six kids.
The Florence-based style group is owned by Auriel Funding SA, managed by Dubai’s Hussain Sajwani, who rescued it in 2019.
